Tbern Foundation is a Ghana-based environmental non-governmental organisation committed to protecting and restoring our natural ecosystems. Founded with a deep passion for the environment, we have grown from a small community initiative into a recognised force for ecological change across West Africa.
Our work spans tree planting, coastal and ocean preservation, sand winning and erosion awareness, environmental protection advocacy, and climate change education — all driven by the communities we serve.

Tbern Foundation was established with a core team of passionate environmentalists in Accra, Ghana. Our first initiative focused on urban tree planting in local communities.
Launched our first major coastal protection campaign targeting sand winning and beach erosion along Ghana's coastline, mobilising 500+ volunteers.
Reached the landmark of 10,000 trees planted across multiple regions of Ghana. Expanded partnerships with local schools, businesses, and government bodies.
Formally launched our Climate Change and Environmental Education programme, reaching over 50 communities and 200+ schools across Ghana with awareness campaigns.
Extended our reach beyond Ghana into neighbouring West African nations, forming cross-border partnerships for large-scale reforestation and ocean clean-up drives.
With 200+ volunteers, 10+ corporate partnerships, and 20+ active campaigns, Tbern Foundation continues to grow its impact and drive environmental change for future generations.
